Mr. Allana has acted as a consultant and expert witness in 200+ construction defect projects, as lead plaintiff or defense expert, or in defense of sub-contractors and manufacturers. He is a frequent speaker and presenter at professional forums.
		Gerson Bers, LEED AP Principal at ABB with more than 25 years of experience in the architectural, engineering and construction industries. Mr. Bers specializes in providing below-grade and podium waterproofing investigation and design solutions and has expertise in WUFI modeling and analysis. Mr. Bers is also responsible for directing forensic and remedial investigations of existing facilities as well as design recommendations and details for new construction. He presents at leading professional forums.
		Petersen Lambert, PE, RRC, CEP Operations Manager for the Seattle office of ABB with more than 13 years of experience with building envelope engineering and construction management. His experience includes management of investigation, design, bid support, construction administration, quality assurance monitoring, and construction management for both new construction and renovation projects. Mr. Lambert specializes in identifying and resolving complex waterproofing issues during construction.
